1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LomiPlay platform ("Platform"), including our website, applications, and all associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LomiPlay. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register for an account and use the Platform.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. LomiPlay reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. LomiPlay does not intend to offer its services in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify LomiPlay immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. LomiPlay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
LomiPlay operates using an internal credit system known as LOMI credits. The value of LOMI credits is pegged at a rate of 1 LOMI = 1 USD.
Deposits are accepted exclusively in USDT (Tether) via supported cryptocurrency networks. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are sent to the correct wallet address and on the correct network. LomiPlay is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks.
Withdrawals are processed in USDT to the wallet address you provide. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may require additional identity verification. Processing times may vary depending on network conditions and internal review procedures.
LomiPlay reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, and to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.
5. Gaming Rules
All games on LomiPlay utilize a provably fair system. This cryptographic method allows you to independently verify that game outcomes are random and have not been manipulated by the Platform.
All game results are final. Once a game round has concluded, the outcome cannot be reversed or altered. By placing a bet, you accept the result of the game round as determined by the provably fair algorithm.
In the event of a system malfunction, disruption, or error, LomiPlay reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected. Any credits wagered on voided rounds will be returned to your account.
Individual game rules, payout structures, and mechanics are available within each game interface. It is your responsibility to review and understand the rules before placing any bets.
6. Responsible Gambling
LomiPlay is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options.
If you believe that your gambling activity is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to review our Responsible Gambling page for guidance, self-assessment tools, and support resources.
You may request account self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or place any bets.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the Platform if you are under the legal minimum age
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or its games
- Engaging in collusion, fraud, or any form of cheating
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Platform staff
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
LomiPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
- Failure to provide requested verification documents
- Inactivity for an extended period as defined by our policies
- Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account may be returned to you, subject to review and verification, unless the termination is due to fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms, in which case LomiPlay reserves the right to withhold funds.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LomiPlay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LomiPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
LomiPlay's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of LOMI credits in your account at the time the claim arises.
10. Changes to Terms
LomiPlay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
