Setting Limits

LomiPlay provides several tools to help you manage your gaming activity. These can be configured through your account settings:

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets.

Session Reminders

Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play. These reminders help you keep track of time and encourage you to take regular breaks.

Wagering Limits

Set limits on the total amount you can wager within a given period. This helps ensure that your gambling activity stays within your personal budget.

We recommend that all users set appropriate limits before they begin playing. Limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you need to take a complete break from gambling, LomiPlay offers a self-exclusion program. When you self-exclude:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended for the chosen period
  • You will be unable to log in, place bets, or make deposits
  • Any active bonuses or promotions will be forfeited
  • Your remaining balance can be withdrawn before the exclusion begins

Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period has expired.

Cooling Off Period

If you need a short break but do not wish to fully self-exclude, you can request a cooling-off period. During this time:

  • Your account will be temporarily suspended for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
  • You will not be able to place bets or make deposits during the cooling-off period
  • Your account and balance will be fully restored after the period ends

The cooling-off period is designed to give you time to re-evaluate your gaming habits without the commitment of a longer-term self-exclusion.

Underage Gambling Prevention

LomiPlay strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the Platform. We take the following measures to prevent underage gambling:

  • Age verification is required during the registration process
  • Additional identity verification may be requested at any time
  • Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately terminated and all funds returned
